I have a few questions
1.would it be a better idea to collect reverse hollows or regular cards for completing a set?
2.why dont many people like reverse hollows?
3.when i put cards in a binder is it nessasary to put the cards in a extra sleeve aswell?
Please respond with any comments 

1: I collect both the regular and the reverse of every card in the set. All the way back to the first set they did reverses in.

2: No idea here. A lot of players in my area like the reverses to 'bling' out their decks.

3: I used to, but then I stopped after a while. Use Ultra Pro acid free pages.

If i use the ultra pro pages will it still provide good protection for my primes, legends, lv. X's ect....

And also do they sell binders specificaly designed for each set

Sorry if i spelled words wrong 

I have all my cards in Ultra Pro pages and have never had a problem with the Foils.

Yes, there are usually both 9 and 4 card binders made for each set.

1. I collect both, however, completing Reverse holo sets is a pain and very difficult (for me anyway). I haven't completed a reverse set yet..... So in terms of availability I would go with normal cards. But it depends on how serious a collector you are.
2. Some people just see them as unnecessary cards and don't really count them as a set or see a need to collect them.
3. I put all of my cards first into Perfect Fit Sleeves and then into an Ultra Pro deck sleeve. I use to put mine back to back in binder pages, but I started putting only one card per binder sleeve. I feel the cards are just safer that way. But I haven't had any problems putting them back to back if they're both in sleeves.
