Card Rulings with Legends

1. Can you search for a legend piece with attacks such as Mantine (HGSS) that says "search your deck for a water pokemon." if your legend is a dual-type that includes water? or other pokemon that search for specific types of pokemon (water, fire, etc)

2. Can I use Pokemon Communication and switch it with a legend piece?

3. If a Legend piece(s) is in the discard pile can I use Flower Shop Lady to put them back in?

Here's the thing: Is the effect looking for a card, or looking for a creature and one of it's attributes?

If it's looking for a card, a Legend card is a Pokemon card.

If it's looking for an attribute, a Legend card is only part of a Pokemon creature.
