Card text for McDonald's promos

So, here's a question, if that is true that 2 are released each day, is it "safe" to assume to wait till all of them are released and then buy them as I figured from either eBay or McDonalds themselves? Or just buy the ones your interested in getting?

Since this is only 1 McDonald's location I can't say it will apply to all. The other thing to keep in mind is these are limited supply, depending on how popular it is it can sell out. I just looked on eBay and found people are selling the entire set of 8 toys, so you can purchase it from there but it costs a little over $20 for the entire set. I personally feel it's a rip off though.

I don't know if I'd call Tepig mad -maybe determined. Oshawott is always happy though because he's not a prissy little lizard. If I were Snivy I'd be looking mad, too. I'd be mad too if I knew that I was going to lose my forearms.

:grass: SNIVY= EPIC:grass:
nuff said.

I saw a kid at my work today who had just come from mcdonald's and had Reshi toy and snivy card, he was so happy, I mean like really happy. Its cool to see the start of future pokefans.

just got a
reshiram with munna card
pikachu with alomomola card

for $2.04 each wish they were cheaper, psy did you get a discount for buying that many or was the store just selling them that low? cause $2 for the toy/card isn't that worth it to me (mostly cause i'm after the card)

They were selling them at that price.

I got them at around that very price, probably with my tax included; 1.89 w/o tax.

The store we went to didn't mind us going through the box and picking the ones we wanted, which was nice of them.

I got 1-4 Today Pika, Reshi, Zoroark, and Oashawott

Got 2 Snivy cards, a Amomolamolamolamolamolamola and a Tepig

My favorite of the toys are:

Tepig- tail lights up.
Zorua- does a back flip (but wears out kind quick and just starts flopping over on its side).
Oshawott- full boddy bobber.
Snivy- Head nodder as you push it across the table.

The other, well not so much

Pikachu- also a light-up toy and had it been made with the same red balls in it's cheeks that Tepig has on its tail it would be boss, As is it lights up way too much and makes it look like a jack-o-lantern or something.
Zoroark- Nice figure if you don't mind the big screw hole in the back of its head.
Zekrom- Articulated snap together. Not impressed.
Reshiram- see Zekrom.

So like, I want an Oshawott toy and card. But what am I looking for? D:
Should I just find someone to trade for the card and buy the toy?

Bought a reshiram, cause that was all they had. :\ I love the foil on the munna card I got; too bad it has a BIG UGLY DENT ON THE FRONT. :frown:

There's only a couple of actually good cards here: Zorua and Pidove (?) and maybe one more. But remember, cards are randomized and it may take a while to gather all...

Alright, two things:

1) If you are able to look at the toys before you buy them (like, ask if you can see specific ones), do. You can see the bottom of the cards, which is enough to figure out what card it is.

2) Just a word of warning: The cards can be bent. The top left of my Zorua card was bent at a 30 degree angle when I got it; luckily, it seems to be flattening out quickly and well.

@immewnity: My munna had bend in it from half the card down, luckily it is barely bent..Is it just the USA gettin crap quality cards?

It's not quality, it's handling. Granted, the packaging could be a little more secure for the cards, but they don't bend any easier than any other Pokemon card.

That being said, the foil on these cards is gorgeous. The pictures simply don't do it justice. The Munna and Zorua are my favorites so far. :)

Did your cards not have cardboard inside? Also, the sleeves...are PENNY sleeves. Meaning that the sleeves aren't all that stiff, so, fyi.
