I'm making a gliscor spiritomb lock deck, and I want a card that can shut down evolution that is tournament legal. I want to stop jumpluffs, gardevoirs, gyarados', etc. from coming into play. Anyone have any suggestions?

Also there is no card that I know of that stops evolutions as that would just be way too broken, but you could look in to Techinical machine devoluter to devolute Pokemon or Galactic HQ which puts 20 damage counter whenever a Pokemon evolves from the hand

Hmmmm well that sucks. I'm not looking for devoluter. Once it's there I can do stuff about it I just don't want the pokemon, for example, Jumpluff to knock of a 110 and kill my spiritomb :/ I also use BTS, so i can't use galactic hq. And sorry bout where i posted. I wasn't sure where, so I decided here. I guess I was wrong.

Aerodactyl, Fossil Set. Not sure about the ruling, though, but it's PokePower stops evolution cards.

aerodactyl GL or E4 (idk which it is) has an attack that prevents stage 1/ stage 2 cards from coming into play during your opponents next turn.
