Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Cardkeeper's Ultimate Redshark Tourney!

Yes if SV isn't out when you play Round 1 you may switch your deck around during round 2 to fit SV if wanted however after the first SV legal round your deck is set in stone. Congrats to WWNN for winning round 1.

can you play right now?

I had a rules question on tie breakers. I only ask because the 2nd game with afstandopleren completed with only 2 minutes left on the clock. Are we working with the old rules (incomplete games don't count) or with the new rules (if either player has taken 4 prizes the game counts) or game 2 is determined on prizes when time runs out?
Rules:

3. There will be 4 Rounds with a Top cut of 4. All matches will be 1 hour long with best 2/3. If time runs out during a match, the player with the most won battles that round wins. If it is equal, the player with less prizes during the current match wins the Round. After 4 rounds, the four players with the higest scores will move on to top cut, which there will be a semifinal and a final until a winner is determined. 2-Prize Sudden
Death rounds will be played as tie-breakers if necessary. If at anytime a player knowingly plays after the one hour time limit, take a screenshot, and I will handle it as I deem necessary.

Official Pokemon Tournament Rules:

2008-2009 Pokémon Organized Play Tournament Rules said:
In best-of-three matches (generally only used in higher-level events), use the following series of criteria to determine the outcome:

a. GAME 1
If time is called during game 1, the player with the fewest Prize cards
remaining wins game 1 and wins the match.
If the players are tied on Prize cards, the game continues until a Prize
card is drawn. The player drawing the next Prize card wins game 1 and
wins the match.
If both players draw their last Prize card (or Knock Out their
opponent’s last Pokémon) at the same time, refer to the “What
Happens if Both Players Win at the Same Time?” section of the
Pokémon TCG rulebook. If necessary, follow the Single Prize Sudden
Death rules as outlined in the Pokémon TCG rulebook, including
flipping a coin again to see who goes first. The winner of this Single
Prize Sudden Death wins game 1 and wins the match.
b. GAME 2
If time is called during game 2:
1. The active player completes his or her turn. If neither player
has drawn at least four of his or her Prize cards, the game
does not count toward determining the winner of the match.
The winner of game 1 wins the match.
OR:
2. The active player completes his or her turn. If either player
has drawn at least four or his or her Prize cards, the player
with the fewest Prize cards remaining wins the game.
If the players are tied on Prize cards, the game continues until
a Prize card is drawn. The player drawing the next Prize card
wins game 2.
If both players draw their last Prize card (or Knock Out their
opponent’s last Pokémon) at the same time, refer to the
“What Happens if Both Players Win at the Same Time?”
section of the Pokémon TCG rulebook. If necessary, follow
the Single Prize Sudden Death rules as outlined in the
Pokémon TCG rulebook, including flipping a coin again to
see who goes first. The winner of this Single Prize Sudden
Death is the winner of game 2.
• If this results in one player having won two games in
the match, that player wins the match.
• If this results in both players having won one game in
the match, follow the Single Prize Sudden Death rules
as outlined in the Pokémon TCG rulebook, including
flipping a coin again to see who goes first. The winner
of this Single Prize Sudden Death is the winner of the
match.

SardO hasn't returned my PM for three days. And he's never on. I'm starting to think there's something wrong.

^Thanks for the info. That might be a bit late for me, I'm usually eating dinner around then. I'll try, though.

I have trouble logging into your network. Hamachi is giving me this message that says "This network does not exist" Do you by any chance have a new one?

Oh, I seem to have forgotten about this! Sorry, RA! I'll try to have our match ASAP.

Also, can we use SV or not? I've seen contradictory posts.

Thanks!
