You would be asked to switch them out with local (legal) language cards.

For those of you who are reading this thread who are wondering what happens if you are playing Pokemon, Trainers, or Special Energy that are not local (legal) language...

You would be asked to switch them out with English cards, if you are unable to find local (legal) language cards, those cards will be switched out for basic energy of your choosing.

and you would also be penalized for illegal deck/legal decklist, though if its only basic energy, it would probably be a warning
