Weavile SW, Shaymin LV X and Rotom MD let you attach extra Energy, but that uses up your attack for the turn.
In RR, the Supporter Flint's Willpower lets you attach extra an Energy, but only to SP Pokemon.
Tyranitar SF has a PokeBody that attaches Energy to itself from the Discard when your opponent uses a Poke Power.
There are a few cards/combos that let you move certain types of Energy around (Stark Mountain, Gardevoir PT, Sceptile SF) which can work a bit like Energy acceleration.
Sceptile GE's PokeBody makes Grass Energy count double.
That's all I can think of.
The best way to search for Energy is Roseanne's Research, or Cyrus's Conspiracy (in an SP deck).
