Apparently Pokemon X & Pokemon Y were released early accidentally in some Canadian and Italian stores.

I wonder how they managed this. You would think they would have a tighter hold on these games and the content that is being leaked.

Once they send the games to retailers they just have to hope they won't break street date. I expect Nintendo has some lawyers ready to pay these retailers a visit today/tomorrow.
