Here we go, in chronological order:
Woodbridge, VA: 12/2 Game Parlor, registration begins at 11:00
Fairfax, VA: 12/3 Hobby Works, registration begins at 11:00
Warrenton, VA: New venue!! 12/9 registration begins at noon, location is TSG Hobbies, 251 W. Lee Highway, Warrenton, VA
Midlothian, VA: 1/13 Richmond Comix registration begins at 11:30
All events are, of course, FREE!!
Deck lists will be required. They may either be completed in advance or filled out on-site. Cards must be presented to a judge in the order that they appear on the list. (Isn't this common sense so checks don't take hours???) here's the list
Pairings will be according to CC rules--age modified pairings will be used. If sufficient numbers exist in each age group, then age separated pairings will be used. Assuming adequate numbers, we WILL cut to single elimination finals.
Side event booster drafts will occur concurrently with single elimination finals assuming store owner's approval and product availability.
We will have some Pokémon-themed 10th anniversary pillows for sale just in time for holiday shopping! These items are from Pokémon Center and will be sold for $10.00 including tax. That's a substantial savings off the $14.95 + shipping price listed on the website.
And, as usual, we will have some great door prizes at each event! --Each CC will have one top door prize winner who will choose one of the Pokédolls from the Mew/Lucario movie. First choice comes in Woodbridge, and we keep going to Midlo. Choices will be:
