Is there a new ruling about whether someone can use a card from the World Championship decks as references for foreign language cards? Last I knew, they were still legal to be used as translations.
The only reason I ask is apparently someone at the Grinder was told otherwise.
/EDIT: I have no idea. Someone just mentioned it in passing in a thread, so I wanted to check the validity. I wasn't there, but heard 2nd hand.
