OK, welcome to the forums!

To make life a LOT easier on people helping you with your deck, could you please seperate it into three sections - Pokemon, Trainers and Energy, and keep the evolution lines together!

I took a look at this, and did not know which end was up!

You, of course, know your deck, but let the rest of us get a feel for what the deck is about!

Thanks

Vince

it should look like this:
1 prof elms
1 high pressure system
2 rare candy
2 masterball
3 potion
1 pokemon reversal
1 energy recycle system
1 energy search
1 lanette
1 oak
2 copycat

1 lugia
1 regice
2 wailmer
1 swamp ex
2 marshtomp
3 mudkip

1 scramble
19 water
1 WP
1 d rainbow (small d on its own means delta)
1 multi

paste that and give a strategy

Swampert's kind of hard to work with, but try this:

(When I denote CG, I mean the expansion set Crystal Guardians)

Pokemon: 16(or 20)
4 Mudkip
3 Marshtomp
3 Swampert (CG)
1 Swampert ex
4 Yanma UF/Dunsparce LM/Mawile CG (as a starter)
1 Lugia ex
an optional 2-2 Line of your choice that best takes advantage of your metagame(like if people play lots of grass, use some fire types ect.)

Energy: 15
5 Water
4 Fighting
4 Rainbow
2 WP

Trainers: 25
4 Dual Ball
3 Celio's Network
2 PETM(Professor Elm's Training Method)
1 Holon Farmer
4 TV Reporter
4 Copycat
2 Rare Candy
2 Warp Point
3 Holon Circle (CG)

Thank you all so far. Umm I can't get a Lugia ex, but the Lugia I use is great in my deck. Also it's not just about swampert. I just want a powerful water deck with the swamperts as my main squeeze.

Yeah, I figured it would be hard to aquire... I just thought that he would go good with Swampy ex's power. Anyway, you could go 3 ex/2 normal Swampy if you wanted, I thought normal(non ex) would be easier to get your hands on...

Burning two rainbow energies on the lugia is hazardous. Put some Holon's Electrodes in the deck because you don't run delta so castforms would be useless.

Hey wouldn't Holon's Electrodes be useless. Because you have and energy on the pokemon and then use the Holon's Electrode, which returns the attached energy to your hand.

How about reading the card again?
