Hi!

Finally thought about throwing a deck idea here.
So here's the story: When Chandelure was first announced, I really got excited about it's ability, since it allows a free spread of three damage counters, and it's limited only to the fact Chandelure has to be active. However, being a stage two, having a retreat cost of 2 and a [P][P][C] as it's only attack makes Chandelure look pretty bad. Just hitting Litwick on the table gives your opponent the urge to Catcher it as soon as possible and KO it before it becomes a Chandelure.
However, not only because of it's ability, but because Chandelure is one of my favourite Pokémon's, I decided to build a Trainer Lock deck around it. I'd really like to play it pretty soon in tournaments...

NOTE: This deck hasn't been tested yet with the list below, so I'm not sure of matchups. The test version will be built after some hard thinking and ideas you guys hopefully can offer.
E: Made the first test version according to the list below. Let's see how it holds...
E2: After few test plays, mainly against the Tier 1 deck Zekrom/Eelektrik-variation, I managed to squeeze it once to one prize. Otherwise, it ran over my only "attacker" Bisharp. Back to drawing table!

Without further ado, here's the list:

Pokémon:
4 Litwick BW27/#58 NV
2 Lampent #59 NV
4 Chandelure #60 NV
3 Yanma #84 TM
3 Yanmega #98 TM
2 Doduo #45 UD
2 Dodrio #11 UD
3 Oddish #60 UD
1 Gloom #27 UD
2 Vileplume #24 UD
1 Pichu #28 GS
2 Jirachi #1 UL/#11 CL
1 Shaymin #8 UL

T/S/S:
2 Pokémon Communication
4 Rare Candy
3 Pokémon Collector
2 Professor Elm's Training Method
3 Sage's Training
3 Judge
1 Copycat
2 Twins
1 Flower Shop Lady

Energy:
9 Psychic Energy

Simple idea, just spread with Chandelure and snipe around with Yanmega under Trainerlock, possibly devolving Pokémon with Jirachi to ensure KOs against Stage 1/2 decks. Every single main Pokémon are good starters, Promo Litwick can use Call For Family, Pichu helps you with your bench and Yanma can retreat to get previous two to active position.
I am actually thinking about removing the Trainer Lock from the deck, allowing multiple Switch plays to spread more in one turn. However this allows your opponent to set up much faster, Catchering all your useful pokémon before they terrorize the neighbourhood.
I'm still pretty unsure about the Supporters, since I'm playing Yanmega now. Should I get more Judge and Copycat in?
Also thinking about reducing Psychic energies to 4-5 and replacing them with Rescue Energies and other useful stuff.
Any help is appreciated.

this deck performed really well at my cities. I definitely wasn't expecting it and once I first realized the strategy, I was very impressed. Tropical beach is a must as well as blissey prime. We had some really good players who all had at least 2 tropical beaches in their builds. It made top cut, so this is definitely a deck to watch out for.

Was it with or without Yanmega Prime?
Maybe reducing some energies and other stuff can help fit Blissey Prime and Tropical Beach. At least 1 in this build would help, at least.

I used kyurem, glaciated twice, and was devastated when blissey healed everything. The deck doesn't even need to use chandelure's attack to win. It's more of a novelty if you can attack. The list was pretty tight. There was definitely no yanmega. I doubt there was pichu or shaymin as well. Definitely vileplume, blissey, jirachi, chandelure, dodrio, and cleffa and definitely multiples of tropical beach. That's about all I can say. Two of our best players used the deck and it did well.

Definitely gonna try this out, I'll let you know if there's anything I found to make the deck better.

Shaymin is only in this list if Chandelure would be attacking, since moving energy from Jirachi to new Chandelure would be fast and helpful, though Jirachi's Power depends on flips.
I saw last Sunday a glimpse of other players Chandelure, it didn't also have Yanmega, but many Tropical Beach and Pichu as a starter, since flooding your bench up with basics is helpful, though your opponent gets the same and maybe even faster set-up with decks like Reshiram variants or other Stage-decks, since opponent could actually evolve them at the beginning of his turn after you played Playground (since he/she benches them on YOUR turn).
Yeah, I'm probably ditching Yanmega and tech something else here. My only concern is the lack of decent attacker, but, hey, we have decks like Durant, Lost Zone, and many other ways to win nowadays, so maybe it isn't so bad.

Definitely gonna try this out, I'll let you know if there's anything I found to make the deck better.

Thx a lot, although I would need that info fast since I'm gonna play this next weekend at Stockholm probably (excluding Promo Liwticks, playing the one with Teleportation Burst instead).

another suggestion is to max collector and twins. You can easily win games by just using chandelure's ability so you can even drop your energy count to around 6-7 but 9 is a good number too. I would also drop judge for N.

-3 Judge
-1 Jirachi
-1 shaymin (i see what you are trying to do, but honestly I don't think you will have the bench space)
-3 yanma
-3 yanmega

+3 N
+2 Twins
+1 Collector
+2 Tropical Beach
+1 Lampent
+2 PONT (idk about the last two spots, but PONT is always nice)

Yeah, although Chandelure's attack for 50+Confusion+Burn is nice, it's just too much to bear with 2 Psy and 1 Colorless. Wish it would be 1 Psy 2 Colorless... And the Bench is the biggest issue, always had that little voice that nobody listens to ringing at the back of my head about it...
I'm going to reduce Energy to 6 and do these changes, with addition of some kind Blissey Prime. Something like:
4-3-4 Chandelure
2-2 Blissey Prime
3-1-2 Vileplume
2-2 Dodrio
1 Jirachi
1 Pichu

2 Pokémon Communication
4 Rare Candy
3 Collector
2 Elm
3 Sage
4 Twins
3 N
1 Flower Shop Lady
2 Tropical Beach

6 Psychic Energy

This leaves me with 3 open slots. I'm still thinking that max collector isn't necessary since I'm running at least one Pichu (probably gonna add another). These 2 remaining spots go to either PONT, Cheren, Juniper, or to max out other cards (N, Collector, Communication, Elm, Sage). Or abuse Blissey with Seekers.

Luckily getting beaches are cheaper for me because I'm European, so I can use Italian, Spanish, German Tropical Beaches, which go for really cheap ;D

I do live in Europe (Finland to be excact), so I'm actually considering buying some of them (about 25$ by buy it now on ebay). Probably gonna loan them from someone this weekend.
