Charizard ex versus Venusaur CG

When a Charizard ex is being treated as the :grass: type (e.g. due to the effect of Promo Smeargle) and a Venusaur CG is in play, what type do :colorless: energy attached to it provide?

Well,

== ENERGY FLAME (Charizard EX - EX:Fire Red / Leaf Green)

Q. Say Charizard-EX has a Boost Energy and a Multi Energy card attached to it. All of this energy is converted to Fire due to Charizard-EX's "Energy Flame" Poké-POWER, and can be used for the attack and is discarded at the end of the turn. The fact that Multi Energy being considered Colorless due to it being attached with other special energies is overcome by the "Energy Flame" Poké-POWER, right?
A. Yes, that is correct. (Apr 21, 2005 PUI Rules Team)

If the type is Grass, and Chlorophyll Poke-BODY is in effect, the Colorless energy on that Grass Pokemon become Grass type. However, if you activate Energy Flame on your Grass type Charizard ex, these energies become Fire type.
