Chart of Expansion Set Symbols: Where is it?

I've got a JPG file of a chart titled "Modified Legal Pokemon Expansion Sets" that I think I copied from somewhere in the PokeGym a couple of months ago. But I'll be danged if I can remember where I found it. I tried searching for it, but as usual, I got a gazillion hits (including messages about Guitar Hero and the Wii :rolleyes:) but none of them looked like they had anything to do with that chart.

The version of the chart I have only goes up to Platinum, so I'd like to update it so it includes Rising Rivals.

Also, with the combination of my aging eyes and an aging hand-me-down monitor, I'm having trouble making out the symbols on the chart.

Do any of you know of a chart of expansion set symbols that has the symbols printed in a larger size so they are easier to see clearly?
 
Is there a chart/legend anywhere that lists Icons for EVERY set?
I ask becuase I've only recently gotten into collecting for the sake of collection/completeness as opposed to playing, and I've got a lot of cards from a lot of sets, some I know by heart, but many i keep forgetting becuase the icon is hard to associate with the expansion title. A legend would be handy.
