Chat is currently unavailable.

[Poke a Panda]

Hey guys I need some help so instead of a chat box in the bottom left corner of PTCGO it says "chat is currently unavailable" I have all of my chat settings on my account on pokemon.com set to open and I have no idea what I need to do to fix it so any suggestions are appreciated.

I've been searching around to find a solution for this and same up with a theory that display names with spaces in it won't have the chat box or friends list unfortunately.
