Basicly I ordered 4 rooms but seem to only need 3. So for the most part this is the Info.

Holiday Inn -
COLUMBUS, OH-O.S.U. AREA
328 WEST LANE AVE
COLUMBUS, OHIO 43201

(614)294-4848This Hotel is 3 miles away from the convention center. A shuttle wil be able to Drop people off at the convention center. The complete charge for the room in all 4 nights (thurs - sunday * leaveing Monday morning * ) is 300 USD, or 75 per night that you decide to stay But must in form me before I go so I can make necessary changes.

Can't you cancel the 4th room? Usually most hotels will allow you to do that up until 24 hours of the reservation.
