Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Cheapest Archetype?

Play magsol. None of the cards in it are holo rares so that is cheap. 4 absols shouldn't be for then 10 and the same for magmortars sw.

Darhtpika are you in love with hurricane? I think mario is kinda cheap because lucario is easy to get in pop packs and kits + lucario lvx and machamp is also not that hard to get. I don't like this deck myself but it's really cheap. I would play it with another partner like empoleon or magmortar. But machamp is the easiest to get.

lol, no.

I was just suggesting it because most of the cards you need for it are very easy to get. Also because it's not one of the most popular decks the pkmn it uses should be fairly cheap/easy to trade for, and like I said most of them have been reprinted so they are even easier to get. Take all that, and the fact that the deck is mostly nrg, you get a fairly cheap deck that can win tournys.

Ya, you can buy the most popular deck going right now (Gardy/Gallade) with $150. Heck, I think I'd go through my binder to put the whole thing together for you if you offered, lol.

Cheapest deck would probably be a variant of Bannette, Blissey or Lucario.

I'm thinking right now I'll probably make that Gardy/Gallade deck, because I think it look's intresting and almost all the cards come from the same set.

Most decks don't run over $150.00$ (well, at least not for me). I only do trades and buy the odd booster(s) here and there. I count on one of my family members to do well in tournaments (eg. between tournaments my brother and I have 3 boxes of SW; last year we got about 4 boxes of Dragon Frontiers). It isn't too hard to get your cards cheap/free if you search for them. I don't know if the decks I am about to list go over you budget (I am not an Ebay-freak) but, here are some that are pretty great...

DarkWingDuck
Gardy/Gallade
Banette/Blissey
Turn2Banette
Ambipom/Absol
Lickillicky (This is Team Lesage's secret don't ask questions until after States)

Yes and we all know how well Team Lesage has done, they are the best man.

Hwy, don't underestamate us. I as Team Lesage's leader say our Lickilicky is the best ANTI-METAGAME deck for when States is around the bend (Lickilicky is better than Blissey... Turn 2 80+ compared to Turn 2 60+). Lickitung d is a GREAT drawing card but, that isn't the starter.

And for us being the best... I didn't say that (I am not the worst nor the best player in the world) I am just giving you guys the heads up for States. I have been playtesting Lickilicky (it isn't bad) and I think it would be monstorous for the new format HP-GE.

Don't o(ver/under)estamate my team please.

I'd say Gardilade is the best, followed by Blissey varients, then Magmortar,Electivire,DWD,and then Mario, while Hurricane and Quicketune are right behind.

Call me when you win anything with Lickilicky.

Well, I have been winning alot of battles with it but, it won't be ready until Great Encounters comes out. I might not even play Lickilicky if there are better cards in GE. I was just saying it is a cool card. It takes a skillful player to win with Lickilicky not a rude person. I am a pretty decent player and I could win Ontario SPT with Lickilicky if I wanted to.

Lickillily .... lol... i love playing players who will play a bad card just becaurse no one else does its an auto win :D... But guess what theres a reason that people dont play it..

budget? $150? christ i spend like £15 tops on a deck!

krickitune is not that cheap i don't think, it needs lik 3 or 4 TSD, a few people have worked out NM just doesn't cut it.

I play Kricketune on a regular basis, and I can say with some confidence that TSD isn't a vital card. Greatly useful? Yes. Need to have 2-3 to use the deck or even win a tourney? No. It's a good deck, the only real downside of it being that you occasionally lose to 5-6 mulligans.

P.S. If you decide to use T2K, you HAVE to use 4 Wagers. With the amount the deck needs to mulligan, you'll be glad it's there.
