So I went to that link about that guy, you are so screwed out of your money... For Sure! He has a ton of comments about him not sending, why would you deal with someone like that? You are suppose to check up on those kinds of things. There has to be 100 comments saying he never send items. Good Luck and I hope you get your money back.

Yeah, however all of those comments have only sprung up in the last week or so. I saw them as well, but by the time I saw them, I'd already paid. Before I bought them, his feedback was something like 99.8% good, the one bad one being from a few years ago. He was a power seller and all of those other eBay award things.
Unfortunately, the 45-day thing is up, and the credit card company, whilst doing 60 days, only covers on purchases over £100, so unless the dollar rises dramatically in the next day or two, I'm screwed.
Oh well, I guess it could still come... *wishful thinking*
But I guess it can be put down to experience. Seriously everyone, watch out for this guy.

I deleted his pm from a long time ago and I don't know how to contact him.

I am just curious as we made a deal on the 29th of Novmber and he states it got returned to him due to lack of and he resent but it was Dec. 26th....Kind of a long time for them to return a letter for lack of postage, that is 3 1/2 weeks! It is Now Dec.30th but it is a little early to say if it is coming but geeezzzz for a same time trade I think I got the short end of the stick so to speak.....

My package to Canada from an eBay transaction was mailed at around the same time; it didn't arrive until near Christmas, and that was with proper postage. ETA for that was about 3 weeks during the holiday season to Canada.pokemonmike said:

We finalized on the 26 and I still havent got a Delivery Conformation Number. I PMed him today asking about it. He lives in NY and I live in Ohio which isnt that far away and I have already received something from AZ and it was finalized the same day. Just keeping a check up on it. I don't know 'bout he's a member here, but he is on PokeBeach and CroftMinster.
It's about 20 days ago, he said he sented the cards, but i haven't recieved anything.
I've sent my cards, 'cuz he was talking about using them at Cities the 7th i Melbourne (Spelling?), and i wouldn't let him down, just because of the slow postoffice.
I'm really worried about this, cuz i was senting some pretty expensive cards. (And so does he)
