1. They say POJO rules apply, not Pokegym that is a flag, though it seems like psy got it already

2. I don't believe that really applies to us here, I mean they can say it, but if I were to trade with them Delivery Confirmation as you in the US call it, or tracking here is $15. No way am I going into a sinkhole for that... There are tons of traders, don't sweat the small stuff.
 
Ok the guy nick name thepokepro leave me negative ref after:

1. I post on my wall next:
Once our addresses are exchange do not back out or cancel the trade.
If you do not ask about the condition of the cards, I'll presume you don't care. But my cards are near mint to mint, otherwise stated.

2. After I ask him if he wanna pictures of my cards couse they are not in MINT condition
3. After he saw picture and says yeah I wanna trade

Now he received my cards and he says to me next:

If you dont send me back my cards I will leave you negative ref I mean I simply cant beleive how bad trader he was, I even spent 10$ for tracing NO. to send him my cards with tracking option and he get my cards for 10 days he says he will do the same but he didnt...

Who can remove that negative ref from my Itrader list couse I defenitly dont deserved it and I wont send him back his cards couse he was the guy who do the wrong not me..

Im totaly disapointed..

Is Drifloon Kill safe?

We traded and we agreed to send at the same time, however he isn't responding and it hasn't arrived yet.

Also, grassmaster239 and I made a trade, however he hasn't replied to my PM's although he should have received.

Both of these people are safe?
 
Grassmaster2239 is a nice user here.
They are in Canada, and thus they might be slow to receiving?


Drifloon Kill, I'm unsure.
I hear they are slow

I sent out 2 packages one to you and grassmaster239 the same day. We have exchanged refs and the deal has been closed and went smoothly. I am also waiting on a response from grassmaster239. I tried to PM him but his inbox is full. I'm pretty sure he has received by now.

Edit: We as in me and pokepuzzle have exchanged refs and closed the deal.

I edited my last post because I wasn't very clear. I'm hoping that he is just slow... I would really hate to be ripped off again $50+ worth of stuff again.

This guessing and waiting game is the reason I'm hesitant to trade on here. I'm still waiting for some closure from my last e-mail to the tribunal from being jipped out of cards. It's been a month.
 
Give it another week Miniwade. I'll file a complaint by then also. It's surprising someone with 100% 30+ positive reviews would show such a lack of communication. Could be that the account is shared. If this trade doesn't go through I am done with trading on here.
 
There HAVE been issues in the past with members going sour after a while...
Everyone who has been around long enough knows about tee79 or whatever...

Now, that being said, who knows... Maybe grassmaster has a really good reason (though I doubt without sending for a MONTH has a good reason...)

However just send your emails into Tribunal, there have been times, I know that they skip an email by mistake...
 
Something is definately fishy, he's been on 2 days ago. Yet he hasn't told me or the other people if he's sent. I have a feeling he knows we are curious. but yeah I will wait a week or two, if nothing comes legal actions will be taken.
 
Not sure who it is, but whoever I owe a crystal golem to, also a shiny zoroark I need your addresses again.
