heres my idea its
Shadow mew EX hp190 type [p][d]
EX rule
Poke-body Shadow lock
no Ex or stage 2 pokemon can be played
C shadow destroy
If the defending pokemon has a poke-power or poke-body the defending pokemon is now knocked out
CCCCC Doom Day
all pokemon are now knocked out [both yours and your opponets] if you have less than 5 pokemon in your discard pile this attack does nothing
weak [p] resistant [f] retreat ccc
