Edit:
So, with the five codes so awesomely provided, I decided to turn them into TM packs.

From 5 boosters, I ripped:

2 Yanmega Prime
1 Machamp Prime
1 Alph Lithograph.

And also, a few Twins and a Rescue energy or two.
