Bulbasnore: Alvis hit the nail on the head with the Castform. FF and WW can be hard to pull off. It also does wierd things like getting back a Scramble after a KO. Only 1 DRE because it makes Lucario and Empoleons attacks significantly worse.

Atomant: No rare candy because Prinplup is a great attacker by itself. Why skip it?

You do bring up a good point. Is warp point a good card for the deck?
 
you know what IS kinda cool about playing 4 prinplup is that even if you did play rare candy, you would still run atleast 2 prinplup. so by just playing 4 (cause it is a pretty good card anyway), you also open up 1/2 spots in your deck since you dont have to play rare candy. besides, there is no hurry to get out empoleon cause its not even that good :p
