Here are the last Pokémon cards for this set! These 2 Trainer cards were done by Carrington388, but are to be in this set. They’re still his ideas, however.

Team Cipher Belt
Trainer Card (Pokémon Tool)

Attach Team Cipher Belt to 1 of your Pokémon with Cipher, Nascour, or Evice in its name that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card.

At any time between turns, if the Pokémon Team Cipher Belt is attached to is your Active Pokémon, search your deck for a card that evolves from that Pokémon and put it on that Pokémon. (This counts as evolving that Pokémon.) Shuffle your deck afterward, then discard Team Cipher Belt.

Team Snagem Belt
Trainer Card (Pokémon Tool)

Attach Team Snagem Belt to 1 of your Pokémon with Snagem or Gonzap in its name that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card.

At any time between turns, if the Pokémon Team Snagem Belt is attached to is your Active Pokémon, search your deck for a card that evolves from that Pokémon and put it on that Pokémon. (This counts as evolving that Pokémon.) Shuffle your deck afterward, then discard Team Snagem Belt.

{P}{P}{P} Psycho Boost Does 80 damage minus 10 damage for each time you have used this attack. 80-
e-Reader yield: L5 Slowking holding TM30. Can learn Crunch, Psycho Boost, or Hydro Cannon.

Cipher’s Latias
Pokémon card
{P}
80 HP
Basic Pokémon
Weakness: {P}
Resistance: n/a
Retreat cost: {C}{C}
PokéBODY: Shadow Aura As long as Cipher’s Latias is your Active Pokémon, if any effect (yours or your opponent’s) would place Shadow counters on any Pokémon, place twice that many Shadow counters on those Pokémon.
{P} Shadow Mist Place 1 Shadow counter on the Defending Pokémon. While a Pokémon has any Shadow counters on it, that Pokémon may not evolve, leave play, or use the same attack consecutively. At the end of your opponent's turn, remove 1 Shadow counter from the Defending Pokémon. 10
{G}{W} Dragon Toxifreeze You may discard either a {G} or a {W} Energy card attached to Cipher’s Latias. If you discarded a {G} Energy card, the Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. If you discarded a {W} Energy card, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. 20

PokéBODY: Shadow Aura As long as Cipher’s Latios is your Active Pokémon, if any effect (yours or your opponent’s) would place Shadow counters on any Pokémon, place twice that many Shadow counters on those Pokémon.
{P} Shadow Purge Place 1 Shadow counter on the Defending Pokémon. While a Pokémon has any Shadow counters on it, that Pokémon may not evolve, leave play, or use the same attack consecutively. At the end of your opponent's turn, remove 1 Shadow counter from the Defending Pokémon. 10

e-Reader yield: L5 Latios holding TM30. Can learn Outrage, Hydro Pump, or Psycho Boost.

Note: Bascially how Cipher’s Latias and Latios’s Shadow Aura Poké-Body works is that it doubles all Shadow counter effects. If an attack tells you to place 3 Shadow counters on the Defending Pokémon, you instead place 6 Shadow counters on that Pokémon. Also, Cipher’s Latias and Latios’s first attacks say for you to place 1 Shadow counter on the Defending Pokémon, but you actually place 2 because of the Poké-Body.

It's now time for this set's Pokémon-ex! Note that only myself and Carrington388 are doing these. Carrington, it's time to bring those ideas over! I'll also send you a PM on what to do about Snagem's Armaldo ex.
