Until the end of your next turn, no Shadow counter may be removed from any Pokémon that doesn't have Cipher in its name.

Gonzap
Trainer Card (Supporter)

During your opponent's next turn, if a Defending Pokémon doesn't have Snagem in its name, your opponent cannot attach any Pokémon Tool or use a Pokémon Tool attached to that Pokémon.

Dakim
Trainer Card (Supporter)

If, during this turn, an attack done by your Active Pokémon does damage to your Active Pokémon or affects your Active Pokémon with a Special Condition, prevent that damage or Special Condition.

Evice II
Trainer Card (Supporter)

Search your hand or discard pile for a Pokémon with Cipher in its name and put it onto your Bench. Treat the new Benched Pokémon as a Basic Pokémon. If it is a Stage 2 Pokémon, put 2 damage counters on that Pokémon.

Note: Only Evice II and Gonzap II can search for any Pokémon of that corresponding team. All of the other <boss> II cards, where <boss> is the name of the person on the card, will have a certain type that cannot be searched as monotype (these cards are worded such so that you can still search for a dual-type {W}{F} Dakim's Swampert using Dakim II as an example), and can search for any other card in their team. This difference is to avoid literally having 12 (Snagem) or 24 cards (Cipher) with the exact same effect in a deck.

Here's some additional Trainer card e-Reader data:

Scan all of the Cipher Admin I-A and II-B cards into the e-Reader, connected to Ruby/Sapphire. This is a Battle Tower challenge where you'll face six Team Cipher employees, all with six L100 Pokémon.

When you talk to the receptionist, you'll get a special conversation. It goes like this:

"TEAM CIPHER has invaded the BATTLE TOWER. Six crime bosses have been taking out all who dares to challenge. Will you take the challenge?"

Then you're prompted yes or no. Say no and you'll get "I hope you'll be able to take the challenge sometime." Say yes and get the following:

"Each of the crime lords had 6 Pokémon. Just to be fair, you get to take 6 Pokémon into the challenge, with no level limits." (That means that you can take any Pokémon into this challenge, regardless of level, as long as they're six different kinds.)

Afterwards, you'll be checked for whether you're trying to take eggs in. If you have an egg, you'll get the usual "you can't take an egg in" message, and the conversation reverts to the no choice above. If you've got only Pokémon, you'll be let into the Battle Tower.

You'll face the Trainers in the order they were taken down in Pokémon Colosseum. Here's what Pokémon they have and the phrase they use at the start of the fight (and, if necessary, the prize for beating that trainer):

Miror B.
Official Tower Name: CIPHER ADMIN MIROR B.
Phrase: "Get me a jukebox, it's time to groove!"

If you scan only the certain admin's I-A and II-B card, you'll face the admin alone in the room in Mossdeep with 3 of their lineup. Nascour and Evice still break the rules and bring their illegal swap into their lineup.

Scan the Snagem boss I-B and II-A cards to perform a mission in FireRed/LeafGreen. To do this, you'll have to have already obtained both HM03 and HM04. Head for the Safari Zone and pay to enter. When the person who takes your money sees Team Snagem grunts, though, he'll give you unlimited steps and 99 Safari Balls to clear Team Snagem out of the park. Your mission is to successfully steal all of the Pokémon that are held by the grunts using only the Safari Balls. Here's a listing of what's to steal (NOTE: All Team Snagem members are male):

Center Area
Team Snagem Arnold: L16 Bellsprout, L19 Sandshrew
Team Snagem Bob: L18 Ekans
Team Snagem Chris: L15 Scyther, L15 Pinsir

Area 1
Team Snagem Daniel: L16 Oddish, L19 Psyduck
Team Snagem Ernie: L18 Slowpoke
Team Snagem Fred: L15 Growlithe, L15 Vulpix

Team Snagem Kevin: L19 Sableye, L19 Mawile, L18 Zangoose, L18 Seviper
Team Snagem Lewis: L20 Solrock, L20 Lunatone, L20 Beldum

The game is up when you've either snagged all 30 Pokémon or you've used up all 99 Safari Balls. Each Pokémon may be snagged only once. If you miss any, you can repeat the mission to steal the rest of them, but you'll get only 69 Safari Balls instead of 99.

If you do manage to snag all of the Pokémon, you'll get a 10,000 cash reward plus 200 more cash for each remaining Safari Ball from the original 99 (if you recieved 69 at the start, you get no cash).

If you scan the Cipher Admin I-B and II-A cards into Colosseum, you can perform a new mission. Watch any TV and you'll hear of a Team Cipher invasion of Phenac City.
