    Note: Decklists will be required and available onsite. You can also use SteveP's online decklist program found on the 'Gym!

    Entry Fee: FREE!!!

    The tournament is run using the Modified Constructed Format and Age Modified Swiss pairings.

    See the Pokémon Tournament Rules for information about the Modified Format and Swiss. The number of Swiss rounds run will depend on total attendance at the event. After the Swiss rounds end, there will be a cut to Single Elimination Finals. A maximum of 8 players will advance to the Single Elimination Finals.

    Please make sure you’re ready with a legal deck by reviewing the legal sets for the Modified Format here.

    What are the prizes?
    Prizes are awarded to the top 4 players in each age division.

    Our age groups are:

    Junior Division: Born 2001 or later

    Senior Division: Born in 1997, 1998, 1999 & 2000

    Masters Division: Born in 1996 or earlier

    Top 4 finishers in each of the three age categories receive the following prizes:

    1st Place: 18 Pokémon TCG booster packs
    2nd Place : 10 Pokémon TCG booster packs
    3rd & 4th Place: 4 Pokémon TCG booster packs

    What do I need to know?
    Bring your POP ID card, if you have one. If you don’t have a POP ID, one will be given to you at the event.
    You must bring a Modified legal deck to the tournament. See section 3 of the Pokémon Tournament Formats.
    See Pokémon Tournament Rules for more information about what to bring to an event.
    Make sure you arrive on time. If you are late for registration, you may not be able to play in the event.
    To participate in the event, you must be a player in good standing and abide by the Tournament Rules.
    Local residency is not required to enter a Pokémon TCG City, State, or Regional Championship event.

    There will be lots of giveaways via raffle tix at the end of swiss rds!

    Well it wasn't work that prevented us from making it...
    GottA love TN rest areas with huge pot holes and ashpalt in the middle of the road equals flat tire.
    We are at the Newport Wal-Mart waiting to get the tire replaced.
    Hopefully see ya at States.

    I heard via Mike's texts to some of the fellas. We missed ya. 62 in the house! It was packed. I'll be in touch soon as I shore up States plans and will let you know which ones I can get to.

    Thx to Dicehead for making room for all these players. They stepped up and found us more seats than ever before!
