Can I use a colress machine just so I can shuffle my deck? Although the deck has no plasma energy?

Can I use Pokemon Reversal in my decks as it plays exactly as Catcher (new rule)

1. Yes. The game has no idea what cards are in your deck. Even if you already have more than 4 Plasma Energy in play. The game doesn't keep track of deck construction rules.

2. No. It is not the same card name.
