I'm sure that my questions already has an answer but I can't find them here . Sorry about that...

I need some answer about this situation :

1) If there are all plasma energy in play or in the discard pile or in the revelead prizes may I still use Colress Machine ?

2) May I use Hypnotoxic Laser on my opponent's Virizion with grass energy attached ?

3) If I have Deoxys Ex Plasma on my bench and I use GBooster attached to my Active GenesectEx will be the damage 210 instead of 200 ?

4) If I have a Mega Pokemon in play and I play the stadium Training Center will have my Mega +30 HP ?
