Complete Error & Misprint Card Listing

I haven't seen anyone else post this so I will. The Japanese IFDS (Stormfront) Drifblim's illustrator doesn't have the period or space before the name. So instead of saying "Illus. Hojime Kusojima" it says "IllusHojime Kusojima". I'm not sure if all of them have this error, but all of mine do. Here are some pictures of it. (Sorry about the quality, my good close-up camera broke)

And while I'm here, can anyone give me info on this card that I got in a collection a while back? It has square corners. It looks real to me and everyone else I've shown. And I've been playing since Base Set and know what to look for.

That's the first Japanese square cut that I've seen!
I have a few english ones.
Generally, they are from a test print run, made to make sure all the colors are lined up properly and everything looks right. They just cut them square because it's easier.
They do have an extra value, but they're not errors.

I have a pikachu from the jungle booster where the H in HP is an l. Has anyone else ever heard of this, or is it just a random misprint that doesn't matter?

Switch Kirlia with one of your Opponent's Benched Pokémon.

Someone would like to use it to trade Kirlia with an important Pokémon on the opponen't bench and then use Regigigas's Sacrifice.

look at the Body.
I think this can be translated like this :
When a player's turn starts, if Muk is affected by any Special Conditions, remove 2 damage counters from Muk.
The English text says : If Muk remains affected by any Special Conditions between 2 turns.
