Imho, the best (?) response may be dependent upon your deck's card draw Supporter mix. For example, 4 PJs are nice to have in the deck in order to discard D energy at times. Bicycles are nice too since you can get and use those (in the same turn) via Skyla. Bicycles can also be Junk Hunt'ed. But, your N and Colress counts can vary depending upon your playing style. For example, if you run "heavy" Bicycle count, but "lower than normal" card draw Supporters, then Dowsing Machine may work better for you. On the other hand, if you run 3-4 N and 2-3 Colress (in addition to the 2-4 Bicycles and 3-4 PJs), Computer Search may be more useful to you.
The fact that both of these ACE Spec cards can be Junk Hunt'ed and reused does not "tip" your decision quandary as much as your deck's Supporter mix, IMHO.
