Granted, but the day after you figure out how to break the format, a new set is released with a card you never expected and if foils your plan.

Granted, but some idiot lays his pants on a toaster (when league season was over for Christmas storage space), starts a fire, then fire extinguisher goo is all over the place, it is no longer a safe environment, and you can't play league there anymore. (That happened to my league :frown

Oh, and then you find another league near you. You go for several weeks thinking it will get bigger and bigger, ya know, more than just the store's nasty kids that are jealous when you win every game. But no, all you get are a bunch more unskilled players, and it is absolutely no fun. No body wants to do any decent trades. You hate it and quit. (that happened for my backup plan league.)

OOh, and now you discover a third one in your area. You email the leader asking what it is like, but you find out it is a gambling rink where everyone chips in $5 for a "tournament" and it only meets once a month. So you never go because that is probably illegal, and not what you're looking for. (it happened too!!!!)

Game over. Literally.

I wish that I'll be able to unlock the locked iPod that I bought on eBay for $25 and that there will be no other problems with it.
