Were these trades done completely through pm's?If the trades are done through pm's then you can not use them as refs. The trading buying or selling must have been done in the forums.

You really should work to make the iTrade process cleaner and clearer. I read the first step:
1. You both need to have the deal posted on one of your trading/selling/buying threads and to leave a reference you need to copy the url from the thread it was made on. Trades done over PMs need to be posted on either members thread for it to count.

to mean that I should record in a thread, not that PM trades which were only initiated in a thread would not count. Please just say it straight..."Trades that are negotiated and finalized in PMs will not count". I personally disagree with this but it's your forum/tool and policy so I'll play.
