Create-a-Card in decks?

This is mostly a procedural question. Suppose I wanted to post a decklist containing one or more cards from the CAC forum. Could I, would it still go in the deck forum, and would I have to do anything special besides providing spoilers for the fake cards?

Please do not post decks with fake cards in the Deck forum. The Deck forum is for actual decks that people would like help on. If you wish to post a deck using Fake Cards, please do so in the Fake Card forum.
