Cutting Turn

Just a quick question on the Promo Card #36 Gliscor. It's attack cutting turn states:

(C) Cutting Turn. Flip a coin. If heads, put damage counters on the Defending Pokemon until it is 10 HP away from being Knock Out. If you do, shuffle Gliscor and all cards attached to it back into your deck.

Now the "if you do" can be misread easily I feel; I searched and haven't found a ruling on the card to this point. So does the "If you do" apply to flipping heads or does it apply to flipping a coin? I feel if it was 'If you flip heads' then it would state that 'If you flip tails, this attack does nothing.' So the real question is if you flip tails on the attack, does the Gliscor still get shuffled back into the deck?

Thanks

It would only be shuffled back in if you flipped heads.

And, actually, you'd also have to have placed at least one damage counter.
