Me and my friend had a discussion on if she was Black or White. Whats your opinon?

She's from Latin America. Dahlia is a flower indigenous to that area. Given that Dahlia is also her Japanese name (her Japanese title is Roulette Goddess rather than Arcade Star), it's obvious that she's supposed to be Latin American.
