DAMAGE SPREAD deck idea, need help

Ok so yesterday at the Battle Road tourney in my area, me and a few friends had an idea of a damage spread deck. I know I'll be using :grass::psychic: because of Yanmega, Spiritomb, and Bronzong. Anyone else have more ideas for this deck? The overall goal is to gain slow, yet rapid chain KOs with attacks and effects that damage ALL your opponent's pokemon for 10-20 damage. This is going to be a cool deck  So far I know I'm using:

- 2-2 yanmega
- 2-2 claydol
- bronzong (how many?)
- spiritomb (1 or 2?)
- Cresselia (maybe)

i would play a 3-3 yanmega and a 2-2 bronzong with 2 spiritbomb and instead of cresillia play girantina. I think he would work great after you have spread a bit

Do you mean the Stormfront Giratina? That one does 10 to all opp. pokemon for 2:colorless . Or the LA one?

Yanmega/Bronzong/Spiritomb is fun cause it can be played with zero energy, however, it lacks the damage output to do well. Yeah, your spreading to everything at once, but your still limited to 10 a turn, 20 with spiritomb, which means any big hitter will come up and walk through your 90 hp pokemon.

True. But another thing is that most big hitters have pokepowers, which bronzong will hit between turns. Also, I was considering adding Dusknoir as the main attacker, since Dusknoir X, when KOd, turns into a stadium that places counters between turns. That would be an amazing way to get those last-minute KOs if Dusknoir's attacks don't do the job.

EDIT: The Dusknoir included in the japanese theme deck has a pokebody Chill that puts a counter on your opponent's pokemon with energy attached in between turns. I hope thats gonna be in the main set for Stormfront. Does anyone know what they'll be doing with the starter deck cards?

ya, u could use yanmegga/spiritomb/bronzong/zapdos. that got 2nd place 2 (and maybe 3) times. so that might work.

Eh, but Zapdos is flippy. :frown: I'm not good with flippy. I was thinking about splashing 1 Zapdos though. With Super Scoop Up, Zapdos and Spiritomb would become a HOUSE.

3-3 yanmega and no cresselia, maybe 2-2 bronzong. PS reefmaster, when u look at this opinion look at who it was written by[who else that you know likes burden of a day?]

I recently read Lanturn LA, and I'm pretty impressed. What do you think? Will I have room for a 3-3 with the Lanturns? I'm most likely going :psychic::lightning on the energies, for Zapdos so he's not useless after a miss and Dusknoir.

I played a Bronzong-Yanmega-Dragonite-Spiritomb deck at a BR and went 5-0^^
so it's decent.
very good I'd say.
It was meant to be a fun deck, but in the end it was very effective

You might think of adding a 2-2 Tentacruel. That could give you a big 40 or a 20 spread to two Pokemon to the bench. That should be enough to finish off some Pokemon on the bench that have a few damage on them.

try frosslass it would help :)

Yes. Froslass is cool here. Maybe Empoleon too, idk. The way I see it, I have 2 possible builds:

Lanturn / Zapdos

OR

Froslass / Empoleon / (Tentacruel?)

Both will have Yanmega, Spiritomb, and Bronzong (maybe Zapdos too). The Lanturn build WILL have Zapdos, idk about the Froslass.

Which sounds better to you guys? The :lightning or :water: ?

the LA one (srry bout late reply) It lets you do 50 damage + the number of damage counters on the defending pokemon so after you spread 4 or 5 times your doing 90 100 damage consistantly ( and dont tell me its to hard to power him up because you should never attaach an energy to yanmeg unless its call) and i say you should stay with :psychic: :grass:

do this
frosslass/cresslia/spiritomb/bronzong/claydol. that is really popualar where i live, and Gino plays frosslass.

That sounds tempting. But idk, I REALLY like Froslass here. There can't be room for everything. One Giratina won't hurt though. We'll see. And yeah I've never seen anyone attach to Yanmega lol. For the moment of truth....
