I was playing a game using Reuniclus, and my opponent said that with the way Reuniclus is worded, you would only be able to move one damage counter a turn, and move that one damage counter across the field during your turn. But you can use Reuniclus' ability to move several damage counters across the field because it says: as often as you like, correct?

"As often as you like" means exactly that.
Each use of the Ability only moves one damage counter.
But you can use the Ability many, many times during a turn, to move as many as you want.

Side Note: This is not what you are asking about, just just to cover it, moving damage counters around and around to just waste time is not allowed.
