Damagriiigus Ruling (Sweet name, btw)

So I know the ruling with Reuniclus is that one damage counter is moved at a time, so you cannot move 10 damage counters from a Blissey to a Solosis.

However, one of the new Cofagrigus (Cofagrigi?) has this attack:

[P][C] Damagriiigus: Move all damage counters from 1 of your Benched Pokemon to the Defending Pokemon.


Since you're moving ALL the damage counters at once, could I move 12 damage counters from my benched Zekrom to their poor 30 HP Magby?

Yes, but not only that, you must move all of the damage counters from that Pokemon, even if you exceed their max HP, and you want to stop.

You can move damage onto a Pokemon with less HP like 120 damage onto a Magby.
You also don't have a choice in how many you move since it says to move them all.

Yes you have to move them all.

or if you wanted to get fancy you could to that to one of their other pokemon then DCL to move it around any way you want.

Anyway, my question was if I was able to move 12 damage counters to something with less than 120 HP, which (I think) was answered. So thanks. I think.
