Strategy: You want to start with anyone but Magnemite, preferably uxie. You use Raichu as the main attacker, but you can also use Magnezone. Magnezone's main purpose is to supply Raichu with energy so he can do about 100 a turn. Reason I'm using Pichu, is so that I have at least 1 Pikachu on the bench and keep getting at least 1 energy back into my hand and consistanly snipe.
 
Play special metal (2-1 is okay I guess). Chu MT>chu SF (hits for only 10 less but gets energy). The deck just screams ssu...;)
 
i'm not really worried about Gengar in my area, since the only people that seem to be playing it are juniors. As to the idea of ssu, its too flippy for me, but i was thinking of taking out some stuff for PokeHealer+, but i just don't know what to get rid of.
