Dark amphy Question

Let's say my opponent has a nincada with 2 damage counters on the bench and I have
a Dark amphy on my bench. If nincada evolves into shedinja, do I put 2 damage
counters on shedninja which results in shedinja being knocked out???

Sure. "Wonder Guard" prevents against attacks, not Poke-Bodies.
