And you know it how? Obviously its not so strong, cause WPM himself wont play it. I really don't understand, why had you jump to this conclusion o fast. It would be nice to have a decklist cause then you know what you may encounter and prepare for it. Maybe it is way stronget than we think it is. Do you want the history to be repeated like last time with magma? This time we have info about what is being played in Japan, so we have to use it. I for one, would not use that deck, cause my Nationals are in like 3 weeks and I wouldnt be able to playtest enough.peachyoto said:I'm glad you're not posting it, because then people like Metagross will just net deck it.
Logion said:HAT posted this deck because he saw us playing it. That's why he hasn't come back. He knows I busted him. That's what bugs me. I think I sense some fireworks on the horizon, so I think I'll clear out until the smoke clears.

Classic american thinking. Learn what is being played and tech against it. Teching can only get someone so far, real skill is what is needed. You can counter all you want but the better player will always come out on top. I doubt the Japanese will even play all the same decks this year, only reason they all played Magma is because it was a really good deck. I don't know the exact deck WPM is talking about but it doesn't even matter, from the sounds of it the deck hasn't fully proved itself to be really good yet. Metagames are different here than in Japan, Sally EX was really popular in Japan... didn't really happen here. I think Zappy is one of the biggest differences between our Metagames.metagross said:And you know it how? Obviously its not so strong, cause WPM himself wont play it. Logion: Its not your deck. Anybody can build anything he wants, so stop complaining,
Prime said:Why even play the Meowth? By T2, you have 2 extra tools, whoopie! Just use a supporter to draw and you will most likely draw into 2 extra tools. Dunsparce is a better idea in my mind. It gets your slowpokes and maybe even a dunsparce to stall with. Meowth gets you tools, it doesn't help you setup at all. Meowth is a joke.
metagross said:btw. are you going to post the link to that japanese spring road conference site? Just wondering.
Dark Umbreon said:No. Look for Imeroial Cloth and Imperior's Unseen Cloth. Posted a Dark Slowking deck when Rocket Returns was released.
Hi Hat,
There is no reason not to run Dunsparce with a standard count of four Swoop! Teleporter. It is much more space effieicent than the Great Ball and Fossil combo and Swoop! Teleporter can also be littered unliuke the other two.
POKEMON (12):
4 Dark Slowking (beatdown)
4 Slowpoke (evolution)
4 Dunsparce (draw)
TRAINER (36):
3 Pokémon Retriever (enable)
4 Swoop! Teleporter (enable)
3 Rocket's Pokéball (draw)
4 Strenght Charm (enable)
4 Steven's Advice (draw)
3 Crystal Shard (enable)
3 Buffer Piece (enable)
3 Tv Reporter (draw)
3 Exp. All (enable)
3 Copycat (draw)
3 Cozmo (draw)
ENERGY (12):
4 Darkness Energy
8 Psychic Energy
The tools and maschine amount should suffice now for a pure Dark Slowking deck. Also increased the amount of classic draw and shuffle trainers to a standard thirteen for this kind of decks and addded three Rocket's Pokeball to ensure a two Dark Slowking.
