It's not bad, but I just don't like it that much. If you only have 2 Plusle, you aren't going to start with him that much. This is what I would use(if you want it to be red face paint, if you want to use something stable, look in the Archtypes Section).

Your list was good, don't get me wrong, but having to set up 2 stage 2's and 1 stage one is hard to do, and uses a lot of space. You had around 29 pokemon If I counted Correctly, and we only have 23, so that is another 6 spaces for trainers.

Your list is very solid, but take a whack at mine. There are also a lot of other decks that use D. TTar, like Pow!Block and Rock-Lock(however, please do not ask what Pow!Block is because that is one of the number one questions here on the gym from new members. Just search the forums for it using the search button).
