Dark Vileplume unlimited question

If I have Dark Vileplume (TR) in play does that restrict the use of all trainers as by the new rulings of trainers? Stadiums, supporters, and trainers are different. The same with something like Manectric ex (DX), does it include trainers and stadiums, like it was when it was printed or would it be updated to no longer effect stadiums?

Since there was no seperation when Dark Vileplume was printed, it restricts all three kinds, Trainers, Supporters, and Stadiums! Same with Manectric EX.
