Darkness Lost and Dusknoir Lv X's Ectoplasm

Hi there, quick question :

If a Dusknoir Lv X is knocked out by Giratina Lv X's Darkness Lost attack ( stating that all cards would go to the lost zone instead of the discard pile ) , then does Dusknor Lv X go as well to the lost zone , or does it become a Stadium ?

If Dusknoir's player uses Ectoplasm, it would become a Stadium and the other cards would go to the Lost Zone.
