Tell you what; the runners of this contest need to understand the rules of the Gym a bit better before running contests, even if unofficial.
Since the way they're going, they're going to be losing time to being temp banned, I think it best to not run a contest just yet.
Try to obey the rules for a while then try again.

Note two things: Attacking my staff and wasting my staff's time by making them clean up your posts does not get you priviliges like extra PM space and contests.
