Go w/ R-Gon
and try to fit in a Latias d.
I don't think you need 3 Vibrava, so drop 1 for a Latias d.

mmk that's what I though, scince herb is an english word w/ a similar meaning to healing/grass.

Anyway, yeah R-gon is overall much better ESPECIALLY w/ Infernape being released.
Although, has Italy gotten DP yet? I don't think any of Europe has, but if it has, then I would strongly urge you NOT to play MetaNite

If you think there are too much Pokémons just take out 1 Treecko d & 1 Sceptile ex d and add 1 Holon Adventurer and 1 Celebi ex POP2.

You said there are too much Kingdra and R-Gon decks, that's why I would choose Metanite.
You know, Kingdra ex is weak to Lightning, and with Sceptile ex d your opponent has to have 4 energies to attack with Protective Swirl. Also, Flygon ex d needs 4 energies to do Psychic Pulse.
No Lugia ex because you are playing Sceptile ex d (you have Latios* anyways) and Mew d just for the Mirror Match or against Metalix.
Voltorb because is a mentorable energy to do Delta Draw

I am being serious too. It is a great deck w/ lotsa potential. I know somebody who has their version perfected and it works like a charm for them and they always do well.
 
I moved this here because the intent was not to get a fix, but rather to get help discussing a choice for nationals. This forum is more appropriate than deck help.
