Im helping a friend build a deck and im looking for some feedback. The deck is a little sketchy but im hoping to maybe help him make it work. Here it is

Pokemon
3 Skitty CG
3 Delcatty EX CG
1 Gyarados * HP
3 Bagon DS
2 Shelgon DS
3 Salemence EX PK
4 Holon's Electrode DS

Trainers
4 Rare Candy
3 Holon Lass
2 Celios Network
4 Professor Elm's Training Method
2 Holon Mentor
2 Scott
3 Switch
2 Power tree
2 Holon farmer

Energy
5 Water
12 Fire

The main idea is to use Salemence as a power house and Gyrados if needed to take down a strong opponent. Delcatty is than used to refresh the deck and do heavy damage after Salemence and Gyrados destroy the deck. Candys, Networks, Mentors, PETM, and Scott to get cards and build fast. Lass to get energy and farmer to get cards from discard. Switch to get Salemence and Gyrados out for Delcatty. The power tree is to get energy back out of discard if needed. Thats it the deck is semi consistent and the idea seems there, but any ideas to make it better would be helpful... Thanks.

I like the idea of Spinda, so that should be good in the deck, but I'm not sure on what you should take out. Also, think about using Mew Ex (Lm), so you won't need to Switch Gyrados*/Salamance Ex, you could just use Mew all of the time.
