Was wondering if there is a good SP counter for my deck and extra precausions or just good poke-power/bodies that go along with the deck. Thanks.

I get Lanturn Prime out and while he's attacking evolve Kindra Prime. I can use super soop up to lay down another Kingdra Prime with Broken Time Space.

Can't think of a good SP counter off of the top of my head, but one thing that might help is Manectic and/or Bench Shields. Manectric protects your bench from damage (excluding any Manectric) and Bench Shield protects a Pokemon from damage as long as it's on the bench.
 
Al resources used to get out Laturn Prime could have to been used to get out Kingdra prime which deals alot more damage in a shorter amount of time. if you want an SP counter you could try a 1-0-1 or 1-1-1 Machamp SF line, or if you want something a bit more versatile then you could try a 1-1 Donphan Prime. It still takes out Luxray GL lvX which is your main weakness.
