Deck Searching When Player Intentionally Knows That Card Is Not In Deck

Sorry for reposting this thread, but I asked this question 7 days ago, and did not get a response. I need and answer for a battle road that i will be attending tomorrow.

Lets say I use Eevee MD's Call For Family attack. I know I have no Eevee in my deck, and my opponent knows from last turn that I have no Eevee in my deck. Can I use Call for Family again?

we were going to discuss this at the rules team meeting, but we were not able to hold it.
It's a mix of known and unknown information and so we want to get some official feedback before we give an answer.

Temporarialy, you could go with the search not being able to be done because it is public knowledge that all 4 copies are not in the deck.
But this is not "official" at this time.
