OK, from the very first time i saw rhyperior DP's spoiler, i've fall in love with it. So, here's the deck:

Rhyperior 4-3-4 (all DP)

jirachi DX 4 (ur starter)

celebi ex 1

energy

scramble 4
DRE 4
fighting 4

trainers

tran 4
mentor 2
adv 1
scientist 1
farmer 1
SSU 3
MR. britney 3
Celio's network 3
holon circle 4
BF 2
windstorm 4
candy 4

strategy : the main focus, obviously is rhyperior's power to deck'hem out. Each game u'll be using the power for 4-6 times which is a lot. this deck's way to win the game isnt to take ALL the prize cards but to deck'hem out.

jirachi is the starter in this deck coz it doesnt need any energies to do the amazing searching. After it dies off, rhyperior comes out and scramble it, atk for 80. Hopefully in the next turn, u'll get SSU or MR.B to scoop it up and get another rhyperior up to active spot, scramble again and atk.
i've tested this a few times and nothing went wrong except (look below)

But here's the problem, sometime ^ doesnt work, and this deck doesnt really have a consistence damage output. I really need a better atker than rhyperior. Any helps would be appreciated

I play a deck very similar to this one and it works really good with a 2-1-2 Nidoqueen line to get things set up faster. Also, you should put in Budew (DP) insted of jirachi, it's mostly the same but budew gets trainer cards like mawile but for no energy.

what abt fluffy berry ? then i can : give rhyperior scramble this turn and atk for 80, then next turn retreat and rhyperior no 2 comes out, give another scramble and a pokemon is killed.

Or just Use Briney's to scoop it up or just use SSU to get rid of it and send up another one. =/
Warp Point only if you have to.

here's the new revamped version :

rhyperior 4-3-4

budew 4

azurill DP 1 ( infinite SSU or candies?)

= 16 pokemons

energies

4 fighting
4 DRE
4 scramble

=16 energies

trainers/supp/stadiums

4 trans
2 mentor
1 adv
1 scientist
1 farmer
3 SSU
3 MR. Brit
3 celio's
4 holon circle
2 speed stadium
4 wind
4 candy

anyway, isnt it odd to have budew? with jirachi u can search for anything u want even though holon circle is in play. but with budew u cant!

Budew? Don't run that thing! =X
Jirachi is a MUCH better starter for this deck to use. Especially since it has more HP, and can get anything at the top of your deck, not just a trainer. And since they're both gonna be used to get the effects of Scramble, I'd go for Jirachi. And don't bother with Azuril, it's useless 75% of the time. Just max out the Briney's with the extra slot. Or max out the SSU's.

i agree with Jirachi
though azurill is actually pretty good in here.

if Azuril is a must, then removing a Jirachi to take its place would be better, then later on you won't be drawing into useless Jirachis when you have your Rhyperiors set up, and you can draw into more useful cards like SSU and Briney. Though if you want to have a better chance in the Infernape matchup I'd suggest putting in a couple of BF to stop Catty from discarding energy for Infernape Level X to PWN you with later. But it depends on your metagame and what's going around.

i just cant give up on 4 jirachies, it gave me so many good matchups by helping me to setup properly.

anyway, I heard that queen 3-2-3 is the play in (somebody's) deck. I'm just worrying abt the consistency and space issues if i do play it.

Ok, I played a list close to yours at league today and found Jirachi to be AMAZING in the deck. Azuril is a no-no though, here's an edited list that I went through after playing against BanDoom, R-Gon, and Metanite. I managed to deck out the BanDoom and Metanite player, but R-Gon was too much for old Rhyperior to handle on its own.

Rhyperior x4
Rhydon x3
Rhyhorn x4
Jirachi dx x4

Transceiver x4
Mentor x2
Scientist x1
Lass x1
Farmer x1
Candy x4
Celios x4
SSU x4
Briney's x4
Speed Stadium x2
BF x2
Windstorm x2
Solid Rage x2

DRE x4
Scramble x4
Warp energy x4

the list is pretty solid, and I must say that Solid Rage is also AMAZING in the deck, especially when you're playing Scramble as well. I tested the Azuril, and found that it was completely useless compared to Jirachi, though it did get me back Candies, it got OHKO'd everytime I played the thing, and ended up costing me when Jirachi and Azuril got sniped by Ray from R-Gon. *sigh* If Swoop! were still legal, this deck would be godly!

anyway, here's the alternative list :

pokemon
Rhyperior 4-3-4

queen d 3-2-3

jirachi DX 4

celebi ex 1

ENERGY

scramble 4
DRE 3
metal 3

TRAINERS

copycat 2
steven's advice 2
holon circle 4
windstorm 3
candy 4
SSU 3
MR.Britney 4
celio's 2
g. stump 1
fluffy berry 1

now, we have queen as the searcher (and, late game atker) which makes this deck much consistence. I put in metals instead as jirachi can atk at times or i just need that extra -10 to prevent steelix's OHKO to queen. why steven's ? MOST decks have huge bench, this is better than adv at times. 3 windstorms? thats bcoz i can OHKO CESSATIONed pokemons with rhyperior. G.stump is here as u wouldnt wanna have ur opponent drag out celebi ex and kill it for 2 easy prize. fluffy berry might last a few turns as oponent will likely to waste their windstorms for holon circles.

Thats all, any more comments?

This list is sooo inconsistant, without Lass I guarantee energy droughts won't be uncommon for you. Here's a fixed list:

Pokemon: 19
Rhyperior x4
Rhydon x2
Rhyhorn x4
Nidoqueen x2
Nidorina x1
Nidoran x2
Jirachi x4

Trainers: 30
Transceiver x4
Mentor x3
Researcher x1
Scientist x1
Lass x1
Farmer x1
Celio's x4
Candy x4
Briney's x3
SSU x3
Windstorm x2
Speed Stadium x2

Energy:
DRE x4
Scramble x4
Metal x4

This list should be more consistant, though I still believe that non-Nidoqueen would be better for this deck, though it depends on your playing style. And nothing can really be said until I or someone else play tests this version and sees which is more consistant overall. And enough with the Celebi ex, it's a snack for Ray/Flygon/anything that hates on ex's,powers, and basics.
