Hey, I was wondering if when submitting a tournament decklist at a higher level event (such as the World Championships), if there is a need to clarify between versions of Trainers, Supporters and Stadiums being used? Say I want t o play 3 Professor Juniper and I have the BW one, the DEX one and the PLF one, can I use all three but label them all under just "Professor Juniper"? Or do I have to put 1 Professor Juniper 3 times on the list?

Check out the official deck list form.
There is NO place to put the set name for Trainer cards.
Just list them as 3 x Prof Juniper.
